E-Therm for agriculture

ENVO-DAN has in many years delivered weed burners to Organic Agriculture in both Denmark and abroad. We have a large selection of Models for both front and rear mounting.

ENVO-DANs patented E-Therm system reduces gas consumption up to 40 percent. This happens by ensuring an optimized gas/air mix during combustion and by ensuring the combustion against the surrounding wind. Hereby the heat from the combustion gives a full usage for the weed control, which gives high efficiency.

All ENVO-DANs agricultural models are built in cooperation with the customer and after the customers’ needs, so we make sure, that the burner exactly fits the crops it is working in.

In recent years, a new concept has emerged from customer’s demands. The burning during cultivation, to remove young weeds and avoid roots damages, with a weed burner constructed as an in-row burner, the new E-THERM SELEKT from ENVO-DAN.

E-Therm

E-Therm is delivered in all widths from 1, 5 to 9, 2 meters. Depending on the width, E-Therm is delivered as a hydraulic foldable system for road transport by widths where this is necessary.

All ENVO-DANs Agricultural models are equipped with an air supply, which creates overpressure under the shield, this makes you able to operate in Wind speeds up to 12 m. per second, and it doesn´t have any effect on the process of weed burning.

E-Therm is the market’s most energy-efficient weed burner with documentation on savings on Gas Consumption by 40 Percent. The documentation is conducted by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Flakkebjerg.

E-Therm 1500 – 1850

This model is available from 1, 5 meters width to 1, 85 and is a very versatile burner, that fits the row distance from 50 to 75 centimeters.

E-Therm 3200

E-Therm 3200 is a good choice for 50 and 75 cm row distance. The double-width compared to E-Therm 1600 doubles capacity. E-Therm 3200 can in addition also be mounted in the front, which ensures a better view and a good working environment.

E-Therm 5300 – 6600

This model has a huge capacity with a width of up to 6, 6 meters. At the same time, the efficiency is high due to ENVO-DAN´s optimizing of air supply and a cover-up, which ensures consistent treatment of weed over the entire width, no matter Wind direction, and speed.

E-Therm 9200

E-Therm 9200 from ENVO-DAN is one of the World’s largest Weed Burners. With a larger Gas Tank, a larger action radius is also ensured, so E-Therm 9200 manages 33 ha on one tank full.

The middle part is front-mounted, while the Wings are mounted on the wagon with a gas tank. It gives good stability on the wing part due to the wagon’s weight and construction. The Wings can be folded up hydraulic for road transportation.

E-Therm Selekt

The E-Therm Selekt is designed in such a way that effective burning is possible in well-developed crops because in front of the burner hoods, drag guides are mounted, which collect the leaves and keep them upright as much as possible, to ensure that the heat can enter the row, where the germinating weeds have to be controlled.

The in-row burner also emits heat through the sides. In this way, the burning takes place in the rows of crops, which means, that burning in the crop rows provides thermal control of young weeds. The idea is that by burning in-row, no new weeds are awakened and there is no danger of root damage as is the case with the hoe. Roots damage often results in stunted growth of the crop.

E-Therm Selekt EC2500

This model is available from 1,5 meters to 2,5 meters.

The model can be mounted front or back in the three-point hitch system of the tractor.

E-Therm Selekt EC3000

This model is available from 2,5 to 3,0 meters. The distance between rows is designed for your particular crops.

The model can be mounted front or back in the three-point hitch system of the tractor.

E-Therm Selekt EC4500

This model is available from 3,0 to 4,5 meters. The distance between rows is designed for your particular crops.

The model can be mounted front or back in the three-point hitch system of the tractor.

E-Therm Selekt EC6200

This model is available from 3,2 meters to 6,2 meters. Burners that are more than 3.2 meters wide are hydraulically foldable and, thus, legal for transportation by road.
